Companies send us role briefs. We circulate them in WhatsApp, match candidates, and forward shortlists. The current openings live on a public Google Sheet — easier to keep accurate than a hand-coded page.

A hiring partner sends us a brief. We add it to the public Google Sheet, circulate it in #jobs on WhatsApp, and reach out directly to people who match.
If interested, we forward your CV. Interview, negotiate, sign — all between you and the company. We don't take a cut from your salary.
We use a single Google Sheet as the source of truth for active openings. It's public and view-only. Filter, sort, copy a row — whatever's useful. We update it whenever a new role comes in or an old one closes.
